Hi, MaryBeth. I apologize for the confusion; the contractors have been asked not to provide a two-week timeline for connections, because they often do not know the schedule of where the splicing crews are located. I can see that your service drop has been placed, and the fiber needs to be spliced to the home before it will be ready for connection. Crews are working throughout the South Fulton zone to splice both the main line fiber, as well as individual locations. We are anticipating connections to begin in the next few weeks, by the end of June. Some of our crews are still working to finish up the Troy zone, and then will be coming over to help get the South Fulton zone completed. Any update for my address? Last people out here said we were ready to go and should expect a call in about 2 weeks to schedule connection. That has been over a month ago.
