When will I get a phone call for my inside installation my husband wants to know. Is there a light saying it is ready or not thank you once again

Hi, Candace. As soon as our team has received a light reading for your location, they will be calling you to schedule the installation. Sometimes the box is on the house before the fiber is spliced, so it could still be a little bit before it is ready for connection. I do see that your service drop has been placed, but the fiber still needing to be spliced. Once this has been completed, we will be giving you a call. There is no light that you will be able to see on the box; it has to be given to us by the crews that splice the fiber. Thank you for your patience as we work to get you connected!
