There has been nothing marked in our yard, except the city marking the water line. The contractor is here and is expecting the homeowners to know where the lines are located at and just cut our Spectrum internet cable. So now we have no internet until Spectrum can get out here on July 6th. Ironic, huh? Why in the world would ya’ll allow digging to be done without calling TN One Call so they can mark the lines? This is so dangerous and not a good way to start a business relationship.

Hi, Melissa. We always use TN One Call and do not dig without allowing all utilities the appropriate time to locate. They have a set number of days to perform the locates, and after that time has elapsed, we have the ability to proceed whether they have marked a line or not. Unfortunately, Spectrum often refuses to locate their facilities and, therefore, our contractor does not know they are there. We have encouraged Spectrum multiple times to change their process and consistently locate, but to date they have not changed. We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We look forward to serving you!
