Hi, Jared. I see that your service drop has been placed, but we are not yet showing the fiber has been spliced. It's possible with your neighbor being ready for connection that contractors have completed the splicing, and we do not show the light reading yet. It can take a couple of days once it is spliced to come to us and get loaded in for installation.
