Rutherford Reaches Participation Goal!

Congratulations to Rutherford members for reaching your participation goal! Newbern is next in line with only 67 registrations needed. Gibson Connect is currently working on Phases I and II. They consist of the zones that first met their participation goals and the zones that have been awarded broadband grants. Gibson Connect will announce a third phase when it nears the completion of zones in Phase I and Phase II. We anticipate five phases in total.
