I'm trying to get some information. I tried sending an email first but haven't gotten a response yet. I live at 415 N Trenton Street in Rutherford Tennessee. And I honestly don't know what if any phone number you have on file for us, I can't find it here. But I know a lot of people a few streets away from us have gotten their outside box installed, and have since gotten their inside installation completed and now have Gibson connect. As of today they still have not installed our outside box so we are concerned they may have missed us or couldn't find the place or something. We have had a lot of issues with people not being able to find our house. If you could look into this for us, we'd greatly appreciated it. Thanks for your time.

Hey Patrick. I do see your registration, and that your service drop has been completed. The reason you don't have a NID placed on the home yet is because crews have not gotten the fiber spliced to the home. There are a few houses around you that are also awaiting splicing to be completed, followed by connection.
