Hi, Brady. Your address appears to be a part of the Hop-In/Rives construction that is taking place. We are in the early stages of construction, but you will see activity picking up in the coming weeks. As of now, our best estimate is to have the area completed by late winter 2022. Of course, connections will begin prior to that, but we do not have an exact timeline for the area.
