Hi, Jason. It appears that your address is a part of the Hop-In/Rives zone that is currently under construction. Your service drop has been run, but the fiber has not yet been spliced. Crews began working in the area in August, and are still working on splicing fiber throughout the area. Jason, some of the locations that were originally a part of the Troy zone have been moved into the Hop-In/Rives area, and yours is one of them. It is not reflected on this site, but we can see it internally.
