Hi, Darius. As we mentioned in our last update for you, crews are working throughout the Bells zone and we expect this area to be largely completed this spring. There is still a good bit of work to be done before we begin connections in the area, so we cannot provide you with an exact timeline on when that will take place. There are several variables that can impact construction such as weather, contractor staffing, and materials availability. If there are any major changes to the projections that we currently have for this area, we will communicate it to our members.
