Hi, Otis. No, there has not been a change since our last update. Our splicing crews have been concentrated on the Hop-In/Rives zone, as it was under construction prior to the Troy zone, so that has not allowed many splicers to be in the Troy area. The Hop-In/Rives zone is set to be largely completed as of this week, and the splicing crews will be moving into Troy to get it completed. We are anticipating that the remainder of the Troy zone will be finished by the end of April. We appreciate your continued patience throughout this process, and we look forward to providing you with service in the next few weeks!
