Hi, Candace. If your electric is serviced by Newbern Utilities, your address is not eligible for Gibson Connect services. Under state law, we are only able to provide service to the members that we provide electric service to, unless they are served with internet by another cooperative, such as WK&T. Is this service available for Adams street in Newbern? It says Newbern is complete, but when I type my address in it says services are not available.
