Hi Jerry. We have crews working throughout the Bells zone both placing service drops and splicing fiber. I do see that your service drop has been placed, but the fiber still needs to be spliced. As soon as we receive a light reading, one of our team members will be giving you a call to schedule your in-home install. We are still anticipating this area to be largely completed by late spring.
