MaryBeth, there are several steps that will have to be completed before your home is ready for internet. This includes constructing the main line fiber which is happening at this time in your area, putting a service drop to your home, placing a NID (small gray box) to make a connection, splicing the fiber at your home, and then testing the light. Any idea on when we will be connected? We have had two different crews out one hooking the box up at our house and another with the line.
