Hi, Marsha. I do see that your service drop has been placed, but the fiber has not yet been spliced. We have crews that are going ahead and placing the NIDs (small gray box) on the sides of homes, and this helps speed up the process once the contractors arrive to splice the fiber at the home. We are splicing throughout the zone, but there are still some splicing crews working to finish up the remainder of the Troy zone. Once they have completed, they will all be focused in the South Fulton zone. We appreciate your support of Gibson Connect and look forward to serving you!
