Hi, Ashley. We have been made aware of intermittent connectivity issues that began over the holiday weekend. We have performed a couple of updates to try and correct the problem, however, they did not correct it as we hoped. We currently have personnel on-site where we believe the issue to be. We apologize for the interruptions and issues and are working as quickly as possible to correct it. We will post updates to our Gibson Connect Facebook page as we learn more.
