Hi, Ashley. We have been made aware of intermittent connectivity issues that began over the holiday weekend. We have performed a couple of updates to try and correct the problem, however, they did not correct it as we hoped. We currently have personnel on-site where we believe the issue to be. Hey I have been having issues the past week with my internet loosing connection for 1-2 minutes at a time. It wouldn't bother me if it was once or twice but it is non stop all day and night and it will happen back to back at times! Could you please explain why this is happening and how we can fix it?
