Hi, John. Great questions! We will coordinate the location of the ONT with the customer; however, we will provide counsel on the location to try to maximize the signal throughout the home. You are correct, the ONT does have a built in router, and we will provide Wi-Fi at no additional cost. You will have access to change the settings. The device we will use is in the Calix GigaCenter family of products, and the cost is already included in the base charge.
