Hello, Victor. We apologize for the delay. The good news is that we have begun to make good progress in Medina with the addition of our new engineering contractor. We are beginning work from the Mt. Zion substation and are moving out on four feeders. You are located on feeder 314 which means that we have most of the overhead work completed except a section of “downtown” Medina. Splicing on your feeder will begin soon, and service drops are underway. We appreciate your patience as we taken on this huge job, and we look forward to serving you!
