Hi, Victor and Kellie. I’m so sorry, but all the rain we’ve received has delayed much of our work on underground service drops. We don’t want to cause undue damage to your and our other members' yards. To keep our contractors working and to continue progress, we are building aerial drops when we are unable to dig. We will contact you as soon as we can run your service drop and your home is ready for installation. We also will share more detailed information as we get it. We appreciate your patience. Please know that we are working diligently to get you service as quickly as possible. It will be well worth the wait.
