Hi, Kristen and Robert. At this time, the start date for the Gadsden grant area and Phase II has not yet been set. We are still hard at work on Phase I and we’ll announce plans for Phase II as soon as they are approved by our board. We know that you and our other members need this essential service and we are doing everything possible to provide it as quickly as possible.
