Hi, Shelby. Thank you for reaching out to us. We've investigated the situation and talked with the contractor. The work necessitates a highway closure and is more complicated than most situations. Nevertheless, we agree that it has taken too long and we're sorry. Mike, our Technical Services Coordinator is working with the contractor to get the work completed as soon as possible.
