Hello, Jerry. Unfortunately, we can't provide a timeline. I can, however, give you the steps for building fiber-to-the-home to give you a better idea of the work that has to be done. First, a contractor performs the engineering design work. Then, a contractor inspects for compliance. Next, contractors and employees perform "make ready" work. A Contractor constructs the main fiber distribution lines along our primary electric distribution lines. A contractor will then install service drops from the street/road to the home. Either a contractor or our employee will attach a network interface device to the home and test to be sure fiber is "lit" or functional. Then, a contractor and/or our employees will perform splicing to direct the fiber communication path. Lastly, we'll schedule and perform the in-home installation.
