Hello, David. Great questions. First, congratulations on your zone reaching its goal! As you may know, Gibson Connect is currently working on Phases I and II. They consist of the zones that first met their participation goals and the zones that have been awarded broadband grants. Gibson Connect will announce a third phase when it nears the completion of zones in Phase I and Phase II. When your zone has been assigned to a phase, we will send occasional progress updates to the email address that you used during registration. Also, we will provide an ONT that has a built-in router. It is great at processing the subscription speeds. If you subscribe to 250 Mbps and later decide to upgrade to 1 Gbps, there will be no additional fees to make that switch.
