Hi, James. Our residential internet offerings are 250 Mbps and 1 Gig. The download and upload speeds are "symmetrical" or the same. If you get the Gig plan, you'll have 1 Gig of download and 1 Gig of upload. If you get the 250 Mbps plan, you'll have 250 Mbps download and 250 Mbps upload.
