I have a Hickman, Ky address but my line is run from the Woodland Mills, TN substation. I signed up and paid for the Gibson Connect when it came out. But now it tries get me to enroll and shows me in the Hickman Zone. Several of us here on the State Line Rd live in KY (have KY) address but have signed up. Did you count us with the Woodland Mills Zone since that is where our line is from or from Hickman just because of the address?? Maybe your %'s are off if we are not counted in the correct zone??
