Hi, This is Mark Newbill 1516 mag duffy. The cable was hit by the city where it goes to my underground service, and flattened and up till now had caused no issues, but this am the speed test was less than 15 with up of 4. its getting really slow compared to 80 when it was installed. sometimes it has no connectivity. I know this is on a work order already, but I wanted to escalate the priority now that service is becoming erratic.
