Hi, Joshua. We plan to start Phase III with the Rutherford, Kenton and Newbern zones, but we expect to add more zones a little later, based on join.gibsonconnect.com registrations, as well as engineering and grant/loan requirements. With the Woodland Mills zone being well positioned to meet its goal soon, there is a good chance it will be included in the Phase III buildout. That decision will have to be approved by our Board of Trustees before anything firm is decided. We will continue to communicate to our members in this zone as updates become available. We understand this is a much-needed service and we are working to bring access to members as quickly as possible. Thank you for your continued support of Gibson Connect!

Woodland mills zone is as of now 5 sign-ups away from reaching goal. Approximately how long after reaching goal does build out and all take before we could expect to take advantage of the service?
