Hi, Amanda. I see that your service drop has not yet been completed, which is the next step. We have several crews working in the Gadsden area on different steps of the fiber buildout. I do not have an estimated timeframe on your individual connection at this time, but your service drop should be placed soon, followed by splicing of the fiber, and then connection.
