Hi, Robert. Unfortunately, we do not have a specific timeframe for individual connections. We have several crews working throughout the Gadsden zone on different steps of the buildout. I do see that your service drop has been placed, but we have not been notified that the fiber is spliced. We understand this is a service that many of our members need, and we are working as quickly as we can to provide it. Please continue to be patient with us as we work throughout the area and connect members. Our team will be in touch with you once we have been notified that your home is ready for service.
