Hey, Danny. I am afraid I do not know what phase 111 means. The Woodland Mills zone is currently under construction in Phase II as we received a grant to help fund the construction of this area, and other parts of Obion County. The zone was originally scheduled to be included in the Phase III buildout, but due to the grant funds received we were able to begin work sooner. At this time, we hope to have the majority of the Woodland Mills area connected by the end of the year; however, there are many variables that can impact the progress of our work such as weather and contractor staffing. What does phase 111 mean and when will get my service, I live in the Woodlawn Mills zone? I seen them in front of my house Wednesday parked but then headed down the road.
