Great, Phillip! We have distributed signs to each of our member service centers. Some are running low on inventory, but a new batch are being distributed today. You may stop by and get one during our normal business hours. Thanks for your support!

Sure would be nice to get this service in my area instead of having one provider that constantly raises prices and slower speeds

Good job Medina Zone!!!!! Lets keep it rolling and be the first Zone to hit 100% Goal. People, if you are tired of slow internet from your current provider or the local Cable Company stops a mile or less from your house get signed up here now!

Come on Troy zone residents!!... lets get this going!.... Sick of (maybe) 5 mbps download and .40 mbps upload ($59.95/mo) from Ken-Tenn wireless and thats after spending $1500 on a tower to get my antenna in clear view of an access tower. To make matters worse, Charter cable terminates service half a mile from me --- WE NEED GIBSON CONNECT TO HAPPEN! My Christmas wish is.. (Santa, are you listening?)..Troy zone hitting the mark and getting this service moving!!

Hi, Jeff. We currently do not have any zones under construction. Once a zone reaches the required registration/participation level, our board will vote to move forward with engineering, ordering materials and construction. The higher the participation in your zone, the faster we can provide this essential service to your area, so please encourage your neighbors to sign up, too.

Has construction in any of the zones started yet?

Hi, Elaine. I checked with our Accounting folks. They said that it may take up to a week for your check to post. We really appreciate that you've registered!

I dropped off a check at the Alamo office but my profile is still saying send a check. Could you find out if my check processed?

Thomas, we are constructing a GPON, fiber based network that allows us to provide symmetrical service offerings. Variables at each location, such as the capability of the computer equipment being used and packet overhead, will affect “speed tests” but results should indicate near symmetrical speeds as advertised. Thank you for your interest!

To anyone in the hornbeak/troy area. Get as many people to sign up as possible! It's only 20 dollars to register (less than two fastfood meals) and you'll get a way better service for cheaper than the Kenn-Tenn wireless or awful awful sattelite internet so many people are stuck with! Not to mention it'll help in general with kids and homework being able to properly look up information and video topics and tutors and give you access to a world of tools and programs that you couldn't get before with the crippling data limits most of us are stuck with now. You'll save money in the long run being able to stream and watch shows and can even bump down that TV package if you choose. Do your part to make sure the hornbeak area and "zone" gets real internet!

Are you sure the download and upload will be 100Mbps and 1Gbps with each package? Upload is always slower than download with every other service that I know.

Thank you Rita. Also, I would like to say I hope we do reach our goal for my zone. There is hardly any internet options where I live. The ones that are available always have a cap or the service is horrible. Would be nice to actually not have to worry about if your internet is working or not. Lol.

In the case that your zone does not reach it's goal what are your guys' plan for that zone. Would you serve the ones that have signed up, or would we just be without internet still?

Lindsay, we have no data caps on our services; so, there will be no slowdown when you hit 1G.
