Thomas, I'm sorry, but we cannot apply the Gibson Connect registration fee to the next Gibson EMC bill. Great idea though. Please keep them coming and thanks so much for your support!

Dee, we set up the zones based on our substations and our communities. We also considered the miles of line within the zone, the members per mile of line, and the connections.

My service was changed to the Woodland substation but when I check it still shows my zone as Hickman? Is the zone to ba based only on mailing address?? I do not understand.

Way to go Medina zone!!! Now better way to say we need/ want high speed internet in our area ! Keep it up guys and gals we are almost there. 👍

I wonder if it would be possible to supply local school systems with a pamphlet or post card for children to take home for their parents. This may be another advertising opportunity. Just a thought.

Congratulations to Gadsden for reaching 50 percent of its participation goal! Only 119 more registrations are needed for this zone! Also, all zones are now at 20 percent or more! Thank you to all who have spread the word. Please keep encouraging your friends and neighbors to register!

I would love to see what you could offer in the way of television as well. I believe that affordable television packages would possibly be of more interest to some people in our area than the internet. A bundle package of TV and Internet would be great if the price could be kept reasonable and if half the channels included in the package were not radio channels- there are plenty of free ways to listen to music legally for me to be paying for that. Very displeased with current cost and reliability of TV service via satellite.

Mack, the closest offices to you would be in Hickman, Kentucky, and in Troy, Tennessee. Items are available at both. Thank you for your willingness to promote Gibson Connect!

I just noticed my account address is only showing registration for phone. How do go about changing it to include Residential 1 Gbps Internet ?
Terry Tucker
When I log in and go to my dashboard it is still asking me to complete my order. I thought I paid with my card. Can you check this for me?
Medina residents getting reliable fiber internet is a huge step for us. I understand that GEMC has to get us signed up to make a financially sound decision. Starting a huge fiber network is a very large task. This will benefit our community.
Medina residents please spread the word. Let's get our community out of the antiquated internet days. 1 Gig service would be great.
