Wondering about projected install date for 321 Rowlett? My AT&T internet drops out literally hundreds of times per day and is virtually unusable. Trying to decide if I should hold out for my Gibson Connect install or put in a service call to AT&T which I know will be a hassle and they won't solve the problem. Been down that road multiple times already.

Just wanted to brag on the guys who did the underground work in our neighborhood. They did an excellent job of digging and replacing my sod back. We can barely tell they were even there now.. Those guys worked some long hard days hand digging waist deep and then took the extra care to replace all the dirt and make it look almost untouched. GREAT JOB UNDERGROUND CREW!!
Now is there an update on when home installations will begin in Dyer? I'm not really seeing any splice enclosures on any of the poles here so I'm guessing it will be a while longer before things get moving?

I am Mrs Crocker I am very happy to see process a crew was here today and they corrected the underground wire/cables I don’t have any complaints about either crew they only did what they had been instructed to do they did a great job in working around our well pump didn’t cut any electric/water lines. Looking forward to having internet service been without for 26 months.

Any updates for Medina area? I see crews in and around my area. I still have not seen my underground being marked/located or any progress. I am talking nicely with the wire hanging on my pole at the end of my driveway.

I am the wife of Harris I understand now why it’s has taken so long in getting the internet service the guys that where this morning to string the wire across the highway to electric pole could not complete the work because the guys that put the underground wire in didn’t leave enough wire to string the wire across the highway so that means that both crewmen will have to come back to complete the job. My husband could care less about the service I am the one wanting the service.

Hi, Timothy. Thanks for your question. The fiber will run with the electric lines. If your lines are currently underground, the fiber will be, too. If they are strung overhead, we will string the fiber overhead as well.

I have a major IMPORTANT question, where our house is located IS THE END of a power line across a field down from upper road (TOM DUNLAP) out in open. "HOW" is the wiring done UNDER GROUND or ALONG "WITH" the POWER line to our house? I had been told the "UPPER" part of TOM DUNLAP RD was actually HUMBOLDT, but ANDY MILLER told me, no it WAS GADSDEN too. it's all farm land SO wrapped along the power line seems the BEST option, yes?

We were recently connected and I just want to say that we are thoroughly enjoying the service. Download speeds are consistently 240 or above. Upload speeds initially hovered between 100-150. These have slowly improved and upload speeds are now around 200-230 as of today. (All tests measured where through a hardwired connection). The connection has been solid. Gaming and video streaming experiences have been excellent. To everyone waiting, it is well worth the wait.

We were recently connected and I just want to say that we are thoroughly enjoying the service. Download speeds are consistently 240 or above. Upload speeds initially hovered between 100-150.
