I was told that they are completed with Richmond Subdivision in Medina but I along with numerous neighbors still have no connection. They have run the underground wiring and have even mounted the box on the outside of my home yet I have not received any correspondence or a phone call to have anything installed.

We don’t want to cause undue damage to your and our other members' yards. To keep our contractors working and to continue progress, we are building aerial drops when we are unable to dig. We will contact you as soon as we can run your service drop and your home is ready for installation. We also will share more detailed information as we get it. We appreciate your patience. Please know that we are working diligently to get you service as quickly as possible. It will be well worth the wait.

I have a similar question to others here. I was a Zone Champion and encouraged many of my neighbors to sign up for the program. Now I see them receiving their aerial drops while no news of our underground drops. When might we expect the underground drops in the Barnes and Ridge Road Areas?

Hi, Tracie. Unfortunately, I cannot give you a projection of when specific work will happen at your home, because there are so many variances (such as weather) involved. I can, however, tell you that we are starting work at the substation and moving out on circuits. Work on circuits is done in phases. On your circuit, we currently have the overhead construction complete and splicing, service drops and installations are underway. We'll give you a call to schedule your in-home installation once the service drop is complete. We are looking very forward to serving you!

Timothy, we're still working on Phase I. The process is behind schedule due to problems with our engineering consultant and all the rain we've had this fall, so we still have a lot of work to complete with Phase I.
Gadsden is at 80% and needs just 47 more registrations to meet its goal. Hopefully we can get these so your zone can be included in Phase II when we take that project before our board.

Hi, Michael. You are located in the Trenton South zone that has already met 100% of its participation goal. Congratulations! We are currently working on Phase I of our build that includes the three zones that met their goals first (Medina, Three Way and Dyer) and an area covered by a grant that we were awarded (Ridgely, Tiptonville and Samburg). We will not begin Phase II until Phase I is completed. We will be able to better provide a timeframe for those included in Phase II once Phase I is near completion. We appreciate your support!

Hello, Victor. We apologize for the delay. The good news is that we have begun to make good progress in Medina with the addition of our new engineering contractor. We are beginning work from the Mt. Zion substation and are moving out on four feeders. You are located on feeder 314 which means that we have most of the overhead work completed except a section of “downtown” Medina. Splicing on your feeder will begin soon, and service drops are underway. We appreciate your patience as we taken on this huge job, and we look forward to serving you!
