Hi, Jeffery and James. Sunnyslope and Graves Loop are both on feeder 344, which means that all of the main line splicing still needs to be done. It is difficult to give a timeline because the rainy weather. Our best guess is that it will be another three months before we begin in-home installations in your area. We appreciate your patience and support!

Hi, Donald. We appreciate your feedback and are glad that you received satisfactory service! I hope you are still enjoying your fast download and upload speeds!

Any estimate on when I will get the service? Have had finer on pole for some time now. I have been very patient. Seeing others enjoy fast speeds at a good price all the while the "other guys" can get it done for the same price. I have been a strong supporter but ...

Wow. I got hooked up to the gigabit service last week. I just downloaded a 2 hour and 13 minute HD movie from iTunes to my Mac in 1 minute and 41 seconds. Fast service and the guy that did the install was very courteous and made sure the install was done right.

James and Gloria, ultimately we hope to be able to provide access to all eligible Gibson EMC members. Through this site, our members are guiding the order of our build. Please continue to encourage your friends and neighbors to register. This will be truly fast and reliable internet service!

We are in a zone where most resident can get fiber service from another provider, but we live in the rural part of the zone, what happens if a zone do not reach 100%?

Hello, Jennifer. First, congratulations on Trenton North reaching its goal! That is a big accomplishment. We are currently working on Phase I of our build. It is made up of the three zones that first met their goals (Medina, Three Way and Dyer) and the areas in which we received a broadband grant (Tiptonville, Samburg and Ridgely). We will not begin building Phase II until we complete Phase I. We wish we could get everyone hooked up quickly, but serving an area that spans parts of 12 counties is a big job that will take time. It will definitely be worth the wait, though! We’ll get in contact with you as we near construction in your area.

Hello, Jeff. We are so happy to hear that you are enjoying your service! We're close to finalizing the TV plan and expect to announce the the packages and effective dates in March.

Hi, Julie. We are completing work by feeders. Your home is on feeder 344. We have done some aerial work in your area, but we have not yet begun splicing. Once splicing has been done, we’ll call to schedule an in-home installation. We’re looking forward to serving you.

Hi, Steven. Thank you for your support and understanding. We’re excited for the new opportunities and quality of life it will bring, too!

Hello, Randy. I have checked your account status and see that you’ve already been scheduled for an in-home installation. We appreciate that you have chosen Gibson Connect and believe that you’ll be very pleased with our service.

Rita and/or Jenni, I am seeing some comments that customers are wanting to know when they will be getting service and have drops to their homes with boxes installed. If you guys are needing help getting the in home networking provided from the ONT in to the home please contact me. Our company is established and willing to help.

Hello! I'm in the Trenton North zone (close to what was formerly Diamond Oaks Golf Course) and I see where we've finally reached 100%. I sent in my registration last year sometime (I don't recall exactly when, but it's been several months) and I haven't received any updates as far as my area having met it's goal. I'm glad to know it's been met. Is there any projection of when we could expect installation and what kind of installation? Is there a map that shows your progress?
Jeff Walters
We have really been enjoying our new internet service here on Esquire Peek Rd. Thank you Gibson Connect! Just wondering if there was any word on the Television packages yet?
Steven Winfrey
I know many of us are excited and I'm personally very eager to be connected. However, if it takes longer to get the infrastructure done right, I don't mind waiting a little while longer. I know there will be challenges starting out, but I'm thankful for what will ultimately be reliable, stable internet at 250 Mbps down and UP! I broadcast game-play from Xbox so the upload speed matters greatly to me. I'm excited for the new opportunities and quality of life this service will bring. Thanks for providing this service to our community!

Woot! They buried the service line to my house today in Turner Estates. There were people working on the poles all weekend and after dark tonight. Glad to see the progress.

I like so many here are tired of all the run around and no answers. I have the Ariel drop and the cable is run to my house. I cant get an answer as to any type of timeline as to when I will be connected. First it was a bad contractor now it's the weather.. if I used these kind if excuses I would be out of a job. I understand things happen but we have been promised a service for over a year and a half. Please fund out something. Finish one area before jumping to the next.. will it be this summer, this fall ,next year... needing answers.

Hi, Ty. I wonder too. I'll share your comment with our VP of Operations. The record-setting wet weather we've experienced this year has slowed down our ability to dig the underground service drops. I'm waiting for my underground service to be run too. We do have quite a few overhead service drops to run, so we've been busy getting this work done when we can't dig without destroying our members' yards. Thank you for your suggestion and for your support of Gibson Connect!

Hello, Cindy. You have in fact registered twice. We will refund one of your registration submissions. You are in the Humboldt/Gibson zone. It is currently at 89% of its goal with 53 registrations needed. We are currently working on Phase I of our build. It includes the zones that first met their goals (Medina, Three Way and Dyer) and the zones who are covered by a broadband grant (Tiptonville, Samburg and Ridgely). Once your zone reaches its goal and has been assigned a phase, we will contact you with more information. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please call your local Gibson EMC member service center, and we’ll be happy to help. We appreciate your support and look forward to serving you!
