Misty, in the Tiptonville and Samburg zones, 99% of the primary fiber lines are completed. We're constructing service drops now. Splicing has started in the Ridgely area and when that is completed, the splicers will move into the Tiptonville and Samburg zones. We expect to begin connecting members in these zones this fall.

Martin, we have started construction of the primary fiber lines. By fall we will be connecting members in the Humboldt/Gibson Zone. Thank you for your support of this project!

OK come on Rutherford folks. We only need 62 more to sign up!! I am so ready to get off this pitiful internet we are stuck with. We live out in the country and get only 3.1 Mbps through TEC. I have to put my router in a aluminum foil lined tupperware container in a chair and aim it directly toward my smart TV to be able to stream Netflix and Hulu!! I am going to throw a party when we finally get this great offer!!!!

Was connected yesterday Brandon Evans was very professional and friendly person to perform the internet connection. I am very happy to be connected after being with out internet for over two years. The service is better than using my personal hotspot on my phone. I have nothing else to compare the it to. Shelby Crocker

I know a lot of schools in the Gibson Connect Zones will be starting school very soon. Most all of them will be having an "open house" and that would be a great time to set up and possibly get more members.

Hello, Timothy. The registration fee for sign up was $20. It will be refunded on your first Gibson Connect bill once you receive service. We have two residential internet packages. The first is 250 Mbps for $49.95 per month, and the second is 1 Gbps for $69.95 per month.

Excuse me, please, I took advantage of the offer when I signed up for GIBSON CONNECT. I believe it was $40? Or was it $49.95, and each month what exactly will it be? Please? THANK YOU.

Hello, Gage. Good question. Engineering is the first step of the process, which is developing the construction plans. The engineering plans will be handed to the contractor to start construction.

Thanks, Jenni. One more question. When you say “engineering” what do you mean by that?

Hello, Gage. We certainly understand the need and know that you and many others are anxious to get fast and reliable service. To answer your question, we are not able to extend service past the set zones, because the buildout follows our electric system. The good news is that Trenton North has already reached its goal, and engineering has begun in your area. We appreciate your support and look forward to serving you.

We live less than a mile away from the Dyer zone and are considered Trenton North. Will there be any trouble if y’all could extend the cable less than a mile to connect to us or would we have to wait for Trenton North? Our address is 148 Narrow Gauge Road and live in the border of Dyer and Trenton North

Hi, Shelby. Thank you for reaching out to us. We've investigated the situation and talked with the contractor. The work necessitates a highway closure and is more complicated than most situations. Nevertheless, we agree that it has taken too long and we're sorry. Mike, our Technical Services Coordinator is working with the contractor to get the work completed as soon as possible. He also will be giving you a call. Please don't give up on us; our internet service is worth the wait!

Good afternoon, Cody! Love the name; my oldest son's name is Kody. Dee Leah will be giving you a call or she may already have called you. She should be able to provide you with some detail since we are actively connecting in your area. Thank you for supporting Gibson Connect!

Hi, Michael! Congratulations on Trenton South reaching its participation goal! Trenton South is part of our Phase II buildout. We've started doing the engineering design work for Phase II, but we still have a good bit of work to complete for Phase I (Medina, Three Way, Dyer, Tiptonville, Ridgely and Samburg). I wish I could give you more specific information on the timeline, but we don't want to over promise and under deliver. We'll be in contact with you and other members in Phase II zones using the email provided during registration as we get closer to doing construction in your area. Thank you for your support!

I had a representative come by about a week ago (Dyer) and I can’t remember when they said I would be able to set up an installation date. I know you are getting berated with questions, I’m just wondering if you know when I’d be able to set up installation.
