Hello, Brandon. Newbern is currently at 65% of its goal with 119 needed registrations. The faster a zone reaches its goal, the faster we can begin the process of providing service. You are correct that Lake County has been included in Phase I of our build out. In 2017, we applied for three Tennessee Broadband Accessibility Grants and in January of this year we were fortunate enough to be approved for one that will help us serve Lake County and the far northwestern part of Obion County. We will continue to apply for grants that can help us move closer to our ultimate goal of making this service available to all of our members. In the meantime, please encourage your neighbors to register.

Hello, Jeff. We have currently built about 80 aerial miles of fiber, and we have equipment ready at the substation. We expect to start service drops and splicing early next week. We'll have you all hooked up shortly!

Do you have an estimated time frame for the Meadow Green Subdivision just off sanders bluff rd/Augusta drive area? We are in a Humboldt mailing address/Madison County/Threeway so I’m unsure if it’s invluded in the Three Way zone or Humboldt. We have horrible spotty service with click one and are excited to get Gibson Connect. Thanks in advance.

I see where it said if you initially signed up for the 49.95 plan, you would automatically be upgraded. What about the people that signed up for the 69.95. Do they get an extra incentive?
